Elite Tricoat is a multi-purpose interior/exterior 3-in-1 primer, sealer and undercoat. Its environmentally-aware formulation delivers almost no odour and very low VOC. It is easy-to-use, quick-drying and offers excellent filling and sanding properties, with the convenience of water wash-up. It can be top coated with either water-based or oil-based paints.
