Previously operating as three ad hoc apartments, this stunning
Art Deco building - which has been short listed for a houses
magazine 2014 awards in two categories - has been transformed
into a contemporary family home. Staying true to its 1920's
heritage, the building was reconfigured to incorporate vast
5.4m ceilings, married with 7.2 m wide sliding doors, bringing
the outside in and creating a sense of space and light.
